1. Early Access

FacelessKing is currently in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or results.

2. Your Content

You are solely responsible for any scripts, media, or content you upload or create using FacelessKing. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and distribute such content.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or deceptive use of the platform
• No infringement of third-party copyrights or intellectual property
• No impersonation of individuals or organizations
• No use of the platform for face manipulation, voice cloning, or identity-based synthetic media
• No system abuse, bypassing limits, or interference with platform functionality

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans may become available in the future. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase and any applicable taxes. Subscription access and limits may depend on your selected plan. We may change pricing or plan features with notice, and changes will apply to future billing periods.

Payments for subscription plans are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record. All billing, taxes, and payment processing are handled by the Merchant of Record in accordance with applicable laws.

5. No Guarantees

The service is provided “as is” with no warranties. We are not responsible for lost data, lost revenue, or damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the service is abused.

7. Changes

These terms may change as the platform evolves. Continued use means acceptance.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has started.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds in limited cases, such as accidental duplicate charges or billing errors. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us via the Contact page as soon as possible.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not retroactively refund time already billed unless required by law or approved under the exceptions above.
